Dining notes from our kitchen.

A closer look at the dishes, table style, and small-room hospitality that shape a night at Jimmy's Kitchen Bay Nine.

Inside the Bay 9 Dining Room

Sandstone, white linen, and a compact room shape the way dinner feels in The Rocks.

Our dining room is small by design, with a close, warm feeling that suits shared plates and long conversations.

The heritage setting at Campbell's Stores gives the room its texture: sandstone walls, soft light, and a table that feels tucked away from the harbour walk.

How We Build a Shared Greek Table

Start with pita and dips, add seafood and lamb, and let the table move at an easy Bay 9 pace.

A good table at Jimmy's Kitchen starts simply: warm pita, olives, and dips that invite everyone to reach in.

From there, the table can move toward grilled octopus, prawn saganaki, lamb kleftiko, fish, and a final sweet plate such as bougatsa.
